We promote sustainability through the use of pro-environmental technologies and practices, by working closely with local businesses and organisations to make it happen.

Mark Walakira(Chair)

In a world full of opportunities, I am a firm believer in the transformative potential of education. This conviction has led me to dedicate myself to the mission of Wigrow, where I strive to ensure that every child is granted the opportunity to pursue formal education and forge a promising path towards a thriving future.

Darnell Johnson(Co-Chair)

I am a firm believer that the success of tomorrow’s society is greatly determined by how well the leaders of tomorrow are influenced in the present moment. Therefore, being a trustee for Wigrow has provided me with the opportunity to contribute towards the empowerment of children from less economically developed countries so that they too can receive the opportunity to become the greatest version of themselves.

Marcus McLune(Treasurer)

I’ve explored the key role of education in levelling the playing field for disadvantaged children from developing nations. For this reason, I jumped at the opportunity to join Wigrow- an NGO with the goal of providing education for children who wouldn’t otherwise have access. Our aim is to aid young people in developing themselves and their communities in the long run.

Demi Hansford(Philanthropy)

As a student paramedic, helping others comes as a natural instinct. I am excited to work alongside Wigrow because I understand and appreciate the value of education and what it can do for others only if we give them the opportunity to shape their own future.

I believe that the fundamental objectives of Wigrow are immensely significant. As someone who has always had the privilege of accessing education and the opportunities that come with it, I was thrilled at the prospect of being part of a team that provides this same experience to others.
